The Coleman Country Bodhrán School was established in 2006
by Andrew Martin 'Junior' Davey from Gurteen in South Sligo, Ireland.
'Junior' Davey is a five times All Ireland Bodhrán Champion.
He celebrates and preserves the wonderful bodhrán tradition of his area.
The Coleman Country Bodhrán School takes place at Ceolaras Coleman:
The Coleman Traditional Irish Music Centre, located in Gurteen.
The Coleman Traditional Irish Music Centre features three main attractions:
The Coleman Cottage and Archive, The Music School, and
The Visitors Centre & Theatre
The Centre contains excellent facilities for bodhrán tuition, lectures and concerts.
